The Acton Conservation Division and Zoo New England are looking for 5-8 volunteers to join us on April 15th at 1:00 PM to help plant natives for Wood Turtles.
We will be planting native species along Nashoba Brook and will involve being in the water!
Where: Veteran’s Field, 655 Main St, Acton, MA 01720
When: Monday, April 15th, from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Remember to bring the following:
- You must have a pair of chest waders! Please email ibergemann@actonma.gov if you need a pair
- Be prepared to walk on uneven/sloped terrain
- Work gloves
- Bring water & extra water + snacks (stay hydrated)
- Wear appropriate clothes (these clothes may get dirty)
- Wear appropriate shoes i.e water shoes/old sneaker
