Join the Town of Acton and Keep Massachusetts Beautiful on Thursday, March 18 from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM for a Zoom presentation and discussion of ways we can all reduce waste and improve recycling.
The Talking Trash & Recycling program is an interactive presentation that will teach you what really happens to your trash and recyclables here in Acton. You will learn ways to reduce the amount of trash you generate, improve your recycling habits, make small changes to lead a more sustainable lifestyle, and help Acton achieve its solid waste reduction goals. We also provide an overview of MassDEP's RecycleSmartMA program.
This interactive program is delivered in approximately 45 minutes, with 15-30 additional minutes of questions and answers at the end.
This organization requires a pre-registration for the event to ensure a minimum of 20 attendees. The event is managed by their own organization.
