[ARCHIVED] Acton Resident Drive Thru Flu Clinic

When: Saturday, November 7 - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Where: Acton DPW Garage, 14 Forest Street

Ages 9 years old and above only. NO High Dose Vaccine available.

If children need assistance from parents for vaccination, please make an alternate plan to take them to a pediatrician office since we will not be able to administer the vaccine at the drive thru.

All vaccine will be given in your vehicle, please limit to 4 people per vehicle. Vaccine is limited, first come first serve basis. Information about the vaccine can be found here.

While attending a clinic please adhere to the following:

  • Please fill out this form and bring a copy of your insurance card with you to the clinic.
  • Please wear a face covering as mandated by Massachusetts Department of Public Health, click here to review
  • Please do not exit your vehicle and adhere to traffic flow as directed by attendants.

Please do not come to the clinic if any of the following apply:

  • You are feeling sick
  • You Have any Symptoms of COVID-19
  • You have had contact with a positive COVID-19 case
  • You have traveled to a high risk location in the two weeks prior to the clinic.
