On Thursday, September 26th at 7pm, the Town of Acton DPW Building Committee will host a public meeting where the current design of the new DPW facility will be presented and discussed. The Town’s design engineering firm, Weston & Sampson will present the current schematic design of the new facility and answer questions from attendees.
At the May 2023 Annual Town Meeting, residents approved funding to develop a design for a new DPW facility at the existing site. A building committee was established by the Select Board has been working with consultants to develop the design for the building.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide details on the committee efforts to date and present the most recent design to the community. This meeting will be hosted at Acton Town Hall, 472 Main Street in room 204. If you are unable to attend in person, a zoom option is also available.
