In compliance with the provisions of section 41, chapter 98 of the general laws of Massachusetts, as amended, I hereby give notice to all inhabitants or persons having usual places of business in Acton, using weighing or measuring devices for the purposes of buying or selling of goods, wares or merchandise for public weighing for hire or reward, to have devices tested, adjusted and sealed by this department.
