A Design Public Hearing will be held by Town of Acton to discuss the proposed 25% design plans for Acton Center Traffic Improvements. The purpose of this hearing is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the project.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this hearing is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed Acton Center Traffic Improvement Project. All views and comments made at the hearing will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.
PROPOSAL: The proposed project consists of sidewalk and roadway construction, ADA compliant wheelchair ramps, crosswalks, bicycle lanes and pavement markings and signage. The project includes constructing sidewalk ramps and sidewalk segments and improving safety for pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists within the project area.
INFORMATION AND COMMENT PERIOD: Comments and questions will be addressed during the Public Hearing. Comment period will remain open following the forum until Wednesday, October 21st to provide additional time for residents to provide more feedback and questions.
